CSRM was invited by ExxonMobil PNG to undertake a rapid assessment of their social risk management practices at the PNG LNG Project. This involved a site familiarisation visit to the Hides plant in Hela Province, PNG, and a two-day workshop with ExxonMobil management in Port Moresby, PNG.

Outputs included a short report summarising key social issues, risk and capability gaps, and recommendations for building strategic long-term plans for managing social risk.
