This report is intended to serve as a framework by which to review the policies, processes, and tools used by Newmont for stakeholder engagement and community relations, as well as the manner and degree to which they are effectively implemented at local mine sites. The report identifies both risks and opportunities for Newmont, and ultimately makes recommendations on how Newmont can improve its community relationships in the future.
